Hioki 3490 Analog Insulation Tester
The 3490 is a traditional analog pointer insulation tester for electricians and maintenance engineers who prefer a direct pointer reading to a digital display. The analog scale gives an immediate visual indication of insulation condition across the full measurement range, with a backlit scale for use in dark panels and cable trays. Three test voltage ranges cover the full spectrum of standard electrical equipment testing.

IR4016-20 and IR4017-20 Variants
The analogue insulation tester range also includes the IR4016-20 (500V, single range, 1MΩ to 500MΩ) and IR4017-20 (500V, single range, 1MΩ to 1000MΩ) for simpler single-voltage applications, and the IR4018-20 (1000V range).
