The Hioki PD3129 is a non-contact phase sequence detector that clips directly onto thin insulated conductors (Φ2.4mm to 17mm) to verify three-phase rotation without exposing live metal. With clear LED and buzzer indication it makes motor commissioning and panel checks quick and safe.

• Positive: 4 LEDs light clockwise with intermittent buzzer and green arrow
• Negative: 4 LEDs light counter-clockwise with continuous buzzer
