The Hioki PD3129-10 is a non-contact phase sequence detector for thick insulated conductors (Φ7mm to 40mm), with an extended 70–1000V AC voltage range and a higher CAT IV 600V / CAT III 1000V rating. It clips onto covered cables to verify three-phase rotation safely on larger feeders and higher-voltage systems.
