The 3246-60 is Hioki's pen-shaped multimeter — the slimmest form factor available for everyday voltage and resistance checking. The test leads fold neatly into the back of the instrument, making it as easy to carry as a pen or marker. At 80g and 30 × 182 × 26.5mm, it slips into any tool pouch, chest pocket or clip-on holder.
